Our Story

Strong organizations require clarity and intention in how work is structured, how people are supported, and how the systems around them align with business strategy and performance.

Yet in many organizations, roles, processes, and people practices develop reactively rather than through intentional design.

As a result, leaders face unnecessary complexity in managing their teams, and employees are often left navigating unclear expectations and inconsistent processes.

ClearPath People Strategies was founded to help organizations bring clarity and intention to the people side of business.

After more than two decades in human resources leadership and consulting roles, founder Joanna Muscolino saw the same pattern across many organizations: leaders were expected to manage complex people challenges without the structures and systems needed to support them, while employees were left navigating unclear expectations and inconsistent processes.

We believe the people side of business should be designed with the same clarity and intention as every other part of the organization—so leaders can lead effectively and employees can do their best work.

Joanna Muscolino founded ClearPath People Strategies after more than two decades in human resources leadership and consulting roles across large organizations and growing businesses.

Throughout her career, Joanna has worked closely with executive teams to address complex people challenges—including organizational structure, talent practices, compensation strategy, workforce planning, and HR operations. Her work has focused on helping organizations align their people systems with business priorities while creating clear, consistent experiences for employees.

Joanna holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and maintains professional certifications including PHR and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Joanna brings a grounded, service-oriented perspective to her work with leaders and organizations.
